Q: What is an eBike?
An eBike (electric bicycle) is a bicycle equipped with a lithium battery, controller, and motor to provide electric assistance.
Depending on the model, riders can choose pedal mode, pedal-assist mode, or throttle-only mode.
Q: How does an eBike work?
An eBike operates through three main components:
Battery – supplies power (commonly lithium-ion).
Controller – adjusts and distributes power output.
Motor – converts electrical energy into propulsion.
When the rider pedals or uses the throttle, the controller provides appropriate power to the motor, enabling smooth acceleration, climbing ability, and improved comfort.
Q: What motor power options do you offer?
We offer multiple power configurations to support different market regulations:
250W – EU-compliant models (EN15194)
350W / 450W / 500W – suitable for Asia / LATAM markets
750W – very popular in the US
1000W / 1200W – high-power and off-road models
Motor power and speed limits can be customized depending on customer needs.
Q: Do your eBikes meet international certification requirements?
Yes. We can provide all required documents for global markets:

UN38.3 for lithium batteries
MSDS for battery cells

Q: What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ depends on the model:
Standard models: 20–50 units
Scooters: usually 50 units
OEM customized models: MOQ may range from 100–300 units depending on customization
For first-time cooperation, we accept mixed models in one container.
Q: Do you provide sample orders?
Yes.
Samples can be shipped by air, sea, or railway.
Sample cost is fully refundable when bulk order is placed (depending on total quantity).

We use high-quality lithium batteries:
18650 / 21700 cells
Optional: LG / Samsung / Chinese Grade A battery cells
All batteries comply with UN38.3 + MSDS
Battery capacity can be customized from 7.5Ah to 20Ah+ depending on model.
